We remove one of the most common barriers to growth

To 10x Your Business, 10x Your Leadership

When a team grows by 33%, complexity in alignment grows by 400%. No wonder fast-growing companies face growth pains. Navigating – not to mention leading other people – in this complexity and constant change is hard, but with the right approaches and tools you can come a very long way. Even when you don't have the answers.

High-Performing Leaders Institute was founded by Kina Liungman, former Chief People & Performance Officer at a Nordic insuretech scale-up, and now she is on a mission to help scale-up leaders accelerate their impact in order to make more companies succeed. We know the ins and outs of the challenging (and glorious) early startup days to the frustrating (and thrilling) scale-up journey. We've seen first hand how leadership can hinder or accelerate growth and we know that far too many organizations refrain from investing in addressing leadership as a barrier to growth. And we are here to change that!

Our research shows that scale-up leaders:

  • Lack good leadership role models and mentors

  • Don't have the time to go on lengthy leadership trainings

  • Cannot spend money on expensive courses or coaches

Data from Zippia (2022) also shows that 83% of businesses say it’s important to develop leaders at all levels, yet less than 5% of companies do so. Apparently, there is a gap that needs to be closed.

Our business model is simple: We offer online trainings that translate complex leadership models into simple behaviors and focus on practicing these behaviors. We integrate the learning in the leaders' everyday work, and combine short theory sessions with longer group coaching and workshops to move the knowledge from the brain to the muscle memory.

All our trainings are cohort based, which means they mirror the classroom experience with a set schedule and number of students. At your disposal you have an online community with resources and a dedicated learning facilitator.

We call it accelerated impact.
